What to include
Reporting a bug
These are the most useful emails we get. Please tell us which tool, which browser and operating system, roughly what kind of file (type and size — never send the file itself, and we would not want it), what you expected, and what actually happened. Any error text from the browser console is a bonus.
Privacy and data requests
Write to the same address and say what you need. Worth knowing before you do: we hold no accounts, no email list, and no copies of your files, so in most cases the honest answer is that there is nothing on file about you. Our privacy policy explains what little is collected.
Suggesting a tool
Tell us what you were trying to do and what you ended up using instead. The constraint is that anything we add has to run entirely in the browser — if a task genuinely requires a server, we would rather not build it than break that promise.
